BioChem Animations

This was a clear and helpful website to explore a variety of organic and biochemistry topics. It lets you start with a large topic and break it down until you are learning about each of its smaller components. I chose "Nutrition and the Energy of LIfe" and then narrowed my search to ATP because this idea of how our bodies carry and producec energy interests me. Something new that I didn't know was that the Mitochondria, the "power house," resembles the structure/function of bacteria, was perhaps long-ago "captured" by the cell, and now they live in a symbiotic relation together. cool.
